1. Extra-large capacity buffer device:
Heavy-duty polyurethane buffers or hydraulic buffers are installed
at both ends of the end beam, which have extremely high energy
absorption capacity (kJ level) to safely dissipate the huge
collision kinetic energy at a full load speed of 16 tons to protect
equipment and building structures.
2. Enhanced safety device interface:
Interfaces for pre-reserved or integrated installation of more
advanced safety devices, such as:
Trolley travel limit switch impact ruler: More solid and reliable.
Anti-collision system (optional): Such as laser or radar ranging,
used for multiple cranes sharing tracks or close to obstacles.
Load monitoring system interface: Connect accurate electronic
weighing sensors.
Sound and light alarm interface: Alert operating status.
Accurate connection and leveling:
High-precision machining connection surface: The connection flange
or mating surface with the main beam is precisely machined to
ensure the verticality and parallelism of the main beam and the two
end beams, which is the key to ensure the normal operation of the
crane and reduce rail gnawing.
Leveling device: It may be equipped with a precise mechanical or
hydraulic leveling device for fine-tuning during installation or
later to eliminate the impact of track unevenness or installation
errors.
3. Strict track adaptation requirements:
High track specifications: Tracks with extremely strong
load-bearing capacity must be used, usually special crane rails of
QU70, QU80, QU100 or larger, or heavy H-beams (such as IPB series)
that have been strictly calculated and verified. Ordinary I-beams
usually cannot meet the requirements!
Extremely high track installation requirements: The straightness,
horizontality, gauge accuracy, joint gap, and fixing strength
(pressure plate, bolt grade and quantity) of the track have
extremely strict standards. The foundation (support beam or roof
truss) must be professionally calculated and reinforced.
4. Frequency conversion control becomes an important
option/standard:
For 16-ton cranes, frequency conversion speed regulation is almost
necessary or strongly recommended. It brings:
Extremely smooth start and stop: Eliminate impact loads and protect
mechanical structures and cargo.
Precise positioning: Achieve millimeter-level precision in jogging
and parking.
Adjustable speed: High-speed operation with no load improves
efficiency, and low-speed operation with full load ensures safety.
Reduce grid impact and energy consumption.
Improve synchronization: Ensure that the speed of the drive motors
on both sides is consistent and reduce deflection.
