1. Structural design features

The main beam adopts a box-type composite structure to ensure long-term stable operation under a load of 12.5 tons.

The connection between the end beam and the main beam is double reinforced with high-strength bolts + welding to prevent deformation caused by heavy load impact.

2. Lightweight and compactness
Continuing the European design concept, the thin-walled box beam process is used to reduce the dead weight and the load-bearing load of the factory, which is suitable for large-span (such as 10-30 meters) single-beam cranes.

Modular heavy-duty components
The core components such as motors, reducers, and drums adopt heavy-duty modular design, which supports rapid replacement and reduces the difficulty of maintenance of large-tonnage equipment.

3.Lifting Motor
The lifting motor adopts a V-shaped rotor motor with a larger starting torque to adapt to the frequent direct starting during the intermittent operation of the product. There are two types of motors, one is a dual-speed motor and the other is a inverter variable frequency motor.The motors include Chinese brand and SEW brand for option.
