A problem with traditional cranes: During a direct start, the motor instantly outputs maximum torque, causing a sudden jolt to the hook and load (mechanical shock). Acceleration is then nonlinear, and there's also a jerky feeling when stopping.

2. Quantity Control Solution

S-shaped Acceleration and Deceleration Curve: The system can be pre-programmed with a smooth "S"-shaped speed curve, rather than a simple linear acceleration. When starting a single-girder overhead crane, the speed increases slowly, the acceleration gradually increases, and then smoothly transitions to a constant speed. When stopping, the speed decreases smoothly, the acceleration gradually decreases, and the crane finally comes to a steady stop. This completely eliminates the "juddering starts and shaky stops" phenomenon.
